100 Years of Animal Advocacy in Escondido

It’s a centennial celebration as San Diego Humane Society’s Escondido Campus marks 100 years serving the pet population of San Diego’s North County. Founded in 1915, Escondido Humane Society, which merged with San Diego Humane Society in 2014, maintains its residence on East Valley Parkway providing services for Escondido, San Marcos, and Poway. It also has the unique responsibility of providing field services to the Pala, Rincon, and San Pasqual Indian reservations.
