Roxy had been adopted from the San Diego Humane Society and returned shortly after due to her severe allergies. She was looking for a second chance at a home that would accept her as she is. She found just that in a loving family who had been to the San Diego Humane Society several times in search of the perfect companion for their family.

Roxy’s new family expresses their gratitude for Roxy, who “...has turned out to be a wonder-dog. Not only is she well-behaved but she is also loving and generous.” I think it’s safe to assume that Roxy feels pretty grateful, too, for this second chance that finally led her to a family that adores her.
