I found a new grain free treat today. It's actually a biscuit. It comes in different flavors, I chose duck and cherry. It's by "Sojos" a company that also puts out a dehydrated dog food.

The only ingredients in this bone shaped, oven baked dog treat are, garbanzo bean flour, dried duck, cherries, canola oil and eggs. They use the garbanzo bean as the flour instead of an actual grain. Smart thinking Sojos!

Made in the USA and reasonably priced. If you are open to feeding the occasional commercially processed treat and are going grain free, you may want to give this a try.

My dog, Ginger loves them! However that's not super great advertising. She loves pretty much everything!

Check out Sojos for more info!

I'm excited to be more active with San Diego Pets Magazine and their website. Thanks to publisher/editor, Casey Dean for the opportunity!

Check out my new blog "Pug Tales" that you can find by clicking the "Blog" tab on my profile. "Pug Tales" will chronicle my interactions with my adorable new neighbor, who happens to be a pug!

Yes, it's true. I love cats and dogs. But I also love horses, goats and animals of all kinds, including bats! In addition to writing articles for San Diego Pets Magazine, I also sell ads for them. As you may know, San Diego Pets Magazine is a free publication to readers. It is availalbe online, as well as in print. Selling ads to pet friendly companies and business owners that support our magazine is a way to keep it free. I also enjoy working with animal loving people. Selling ads for this beneficial publication allows me to do this.

I do more than write and sell ads though. What do I do, you ask? See below for more information.
