Sharp scissors
STEP 1
Cut the fabric into three strips that are about 2 feet long and 4 inches wide.
STEP 2
Tie the strips together at the top into a firm knot.
STEP 3
Braid the strips into a tight braid.
STEP 4
Tie the bottom of the braid into a firm knot.
