The 2012 Awareness Film Festival presented world-renowned films including Tom Shadyak’s I Am and Humane Society of the United States’ Minds in the Water and showcases films containing ecological, health and animal awareness value.

Right in the middle of this stellar lineup was a smiling mutt narrating his film with a whimsical charm that can be delivered only by a smiling mutt like Super Smiley.

Smiley’s film takes the audience on his mission of energizing pet adoption by creating a Flash Mob campaign and touring it across the country with the goal of finding all homeless pets forever homes. He breaks the fourth wall, directly addressing the audience as he explains. He directs his person, Megan Blake, on what to keep secret in preparing for his surprise flash mob, comments on the dancers and crowd and delivers this powerfully important message with the greatest of whimsy and charm… Smiley is like a Secret Weapon.

Smiley’s Person: Megan Blake was born an animal lover and has brought this calling into her work. Pet Life Radio: Pet Life Radio is the world’s largest Pet Radio Network with over five million listeners a month having hosted guests like Jennifer Anniston, Owen Wilson, and Ryan O’Neal.
